NEWS

This year has been a very busy and varied one for William so far. He commenced 2008 as Silly Billy in the pantomome Jack and the Beanstalk in The Millennium Forum in L'Derry, and then it was quickly onto Blackpool as host of the very successful , Ultimate Irish Weekend, presented by David Hull Promotions, an event to be repeated in January 2009.

In March, William was guest comedian in Nidd Hall, Harrogate as part of Bourne Leisures St. Patrick celebrations.

During the summer, William was busy filming sketches for his new T.V. Show for BBC NI which will be broadcast towards Christmas this year.

The Autumn will see William touring with the Alexander Brothers and also a return to the Grand Opera House, Belfast, with a new version of his acclaimed one man show "Our Jimmy" and for one night only 'an audience with' to be filmed for TV in front of a celebrity audience.

Christmas of course would not be Christmas if William was not in panto, and this year again, from 28th November - 3rd January he will be starring as Nurse Molly Coddle in Snow White and the seven dwarfs at The Millenium Forum in Derry.

In between all of this William has been a very busy after dinner speaker at both corporate and private functions as well as doing his normal stand up comedy shows and appearing in theatres as Hill Billy Willie.

He is currently writing his first stage play and it is planned to stage it sometime in 2009 along with a trip to Canada with his tribute show to the legendry comic James Young.."Our Jimmy"

Tour dates at home here for "Our Jimmy" have already been confirmed starting in Omagh in January and finishing in The Ulster Hall in March 2009
